Voix en Vigne Lyric Festival at Chateau Roubine will mingle under the stars of the summer skies a cappella voices, a female Jazz voice and choirs with Les Contes d’Hoffmann.

The 7th Voix en Vigne, organized by Valérie Rouselle, owner of the prestigious Chateau Roubine, will offer three enchanting evenings for music lovers and amateurs of oenological discoveries. At the heart of its greenery setting, in the park of the Chateau, the Festival will combine several voices timbres on three outdoors musical evenings under the starry dome of the Var sky.

Several voices and musical styles

The new and original Voix En Vigne programming will see alternate and respond each others “a cappella” voices, the warmth of a woman’s voice Jazz, and on the last evening, the choirs will culminate with Les Contes d’Hoffmann.

Suzanna Wognin

This artist, based in the South of France for a few years, is inspired by the greatest voices of jazz like Ella Fitzgerald. With every musical  encounter, Suzanne Wognin has built a Jazz and Gospel repertoire she regenerates with her talent and sensitivity in different Jazz festivals and clubs in the region where she performs.

Pierre Iodice

Since September 2003, Pierre Iodice is leading the choirs of the Marseilles Opera, dedicated to the lyric and symphonic repertoire.
Pierre Iodice studied piano, writing and orchestra conducting at the Marseille Regional Conservatory and enters the Opera in 1979. In 1988, he conducts Choir of the Avignon and Pays du Vaucluse Theatre, then noticed during the Chorégies d’Orange 90, he became Head of the Choir of the Théâtre du Capitole, a position he held for 12 years. In parallel, he regularly conducts major works for chorus and/or orchestra.
