Christian Estrosi expressed his wishes to religious authorities

As President of “Alpes-Maritimes Fraternity”, Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice and President of Nice Côte d’Azur Métropole, expressed his wishes to religious authorities on January 28.

On this occasion, he announced the official launch of the “Alpes-Maritimes Fraternity” website. This site presents recent events, feasts and upcoming events. It is available at: www.alpes-maritimes-fraternite.fr. Christian Estrosi also announced the creation of the Alpes-Maritimes Fraternity medal, that from this year, will allow to witness in a concrete way of the recognition to be given to those who, full of their faith, engage in the path of dialogue and sharing.

Finally, the “Alpes-Maritimes Fraternity” 2013 edition calendar was presented for the sixth consecutive year. This document is the symbol of fraternal relations between the religions, it presents all the religious festivals of the year. The calendars are available, free of charge, to the public, in all places of worship in the city, in town halls (main and auxiliary), Houses of Associations, CAL, libraries, House of the Department, CCAS, CUM…

“Alpes-Maritimes Fraternity” is a body that brings together all the religions present in the city of Nice and the Alpes-Maritimes as well as different political groups of the municipal council. A forum for dialogue among all religions, it works for peace, freedom and respect between people regardless of their faith.
