Heavent Meetings 2015, the international trade show for MICE and events, brought together in Cannes the major players in business and event tourism.
Heavent Meetings, organised by Tarsus France, is a business hub dedicated to business agencies, venues and technical partners or services suppliers. It hosts some 250 exhibitors in the business tourism, event venues, hotels, technical or service providers and 400 invited major purchaser as well as 3, 000 visitors who come to the Croisette to meet the exhibitors and discover their venues or services.
A Businesss and networking hub
Heavent Meetings offered the delegates 8,000 appointments and 800 business lunches pre-organized ahead of the event. It also offered numerous networking opportunities on the stands as well at the VIP club, during the first sumptuous networking party at the Riviera Golf Domaine de Barbossi in Mandelieu and at the gala evening of the awards ceremony of the event at Cannes palais des Festival Grand Auditorium.

At Heavent Meetings, the exhibitors in the event venues area were showcasing reception venues, hotels, congress and exhibition centers. In the suppliers area, were proposed reception services, consulting and production, animation and artists, decoration and design layout, sound, light and video services, structures, products. Opening party at Riviera Golf
Opening gala at Riviera Golf
Heavent Meetings 2015 pampered its guests with a sumptuous opening gala at the Riviera Golf Domaine de Barbossi in Mandelieu on the them of Dolce Vita with delicious italian food and Champagne. To provide a dream decoration to the italian buffets under the starred night, the golf estate lake was lined with luminous inflatable sculptures and an eerie touch was given by laser motives screened on a water projections to the sound of a band playing pop-rock hits.
HTM Production’s snowball
HTM Production is an agency of event photographers best expressing the atmosphere of a fair, a seminar, a conference, a special event evening or launch of a new product. HTM was showcasing its last concept: the snowball. It consists in instant photo printed on site – whatever the theme – inserted in a snowball. The other side of the photo bears your logo and guests or partners leave your event with a ludic souvenir they keep on rocking to have the snow fall.
Aria, robotic hostess
A robot as an ambassador for your events: human-sized Aria (1.70 m, 30 kilos) welcomes your guests and, detecting the faces, she maintains eye contact with its audience. The design of its shell is customizable with visuals and Aria can act according to many scenarios. Initially, Aria is a humanoid robot, dedicated to research. The company Cybedroid took it out of the laboratory to meet the general public and host technological and prestigious events.
Les Docks – Cité de la Mode et du Design

Les Docks – Cité de la Mode et du Design is a new unusual event venue for all kinds of events in Paris. Dedicated to emerging creation, this place offers over 6,000m2 of unique event spaces in the capital. Ideally located along the Seine, it symbolizes an urban and contemporary lifestyle. Its event spaces of different sizes: the 3,400 m2 Grand Foyer, the 270 m2 Atelier and the 2,000 m2 Le Quai, host all types of events from 50 to 3,000 guests. In 2014, François Belfort, Director of Les Docks – Cité de la Mode et du Design has won the Event Trophy in the Venue category.
