I Love Food N’Mix, a concept to enjoy without moderation every Friday and Saturday nights at 5-star Grand Hyatt Martinez Cannes for festive evenings mixing cocktails, gourmet tapas and DJ’s music to warm your winter weekends at the Bar L’Amiral.
Bar l’Amiral, an institution
With its luxurious and cozy decor, pictures of celebrities adorning the walls, the bar L’Amiral immediately immerses you in an atmosphere full of legendary stories. Regulars also have their bar seat: dozens of engraved names of their respective plates designate their favorite place at the bar. The Bar l’Amiral is also distinguished by its bartenders dream team, a team of great professionals who picks up the most prestigious awards in the profession. It is in this prestigious location that the evenings I Love Food’N Mix take place every winter weekend (Saturday and Sunday), from 19h.
Music and gastronomy
In a trendy and glamorous atmosphere, the virtuosos of the turntables and the kings of the shaker compete in originality in their creations in concocting colorful cocktails with vodka or champagne, all generously bathed in the waves of a mix by DJ Uncle Jim’s . For those arriving at the cocktail hour, refinements will be on the plates as they feast on delicious tapas prepared by the chef.
Delicious and refined tapas
For a little hunger, the chef will make on the spot a selection of refined tapas such as 48h Lamb confit with his Truffled Apple, Burger Beef tartare with American flavors, Carpaccio of Lobster on a red wine Béarnaise, croutons of campagne bread, poached Quail Egg on mashed Beetroot and Caviar seed.
DJ Uncle Jims
DJ Uncle Jim’s debuted with Philippe Corty at the Papagayo in St-Tropez in 1989, then in Germany, in the 90s, at the legendary club Dorian Grey. It continues its journey to Istanbul and then to London where he interweaves the turntables with Laurent Garnier and David Guetta. The talented DJ Uncle Jim’s now scratches in the best clubs in the world and exclusive private parties from Hollywood to Moscow via Portofino. In Cannes, he will mix his play list with “deep house” rhythms every weekend until May at the Bar L’Amrial of Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez.
