Italie a Table in Nice is the gastronomic event offering to discover the excellence of Italian culinary production on the occasion of the feast of the Italian Republic.

Italie a Table, the gastronomic fair organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Nice, is the most popular Italian culinary event in the “Costa Azzurra“, thanks to the diversity, typicality of products and specialties ranging up to the rarest delicacies. The best of the famous transalpine gastronomy joins the culture of the “Comté de Nice” due to its proximity and shared activities – Nice is the first Italian town in France!

The taste of Italian culinary excellence

Organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Nice on the occasion of the feast of the Italian Republic, L’Italie a Table is an exceptional showcase of Italian cuisine: homemade pasta, local cheeses, olive oil, meats, sweet and savory jams, and a wide selection of wines.
The eleventh edition saw 150 exhibitors from Italian regions as diverse as Piedmont, Puglia, Liguria, Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Umbria, Sardinia, Lombardy, Calabria, Tuscany and Sicily, engaging the taste buds of the many visitors at the stands, showcasing the Italian food expertise.

Promises of dream destinations

Each presented food item is speaking of a terroir, an identity and a culture, which made of Italie a Table an event both gastronomic and cultural that also invites to discover Italy with eyes and taste. A discovery and learning through the Italian gastronomic excellence, a journey through the lands and their innumerable riches, promises of dream destinations inviting to travel.

A rich program of activities

Each year, the event is accompanied by a rich program of lectures, workshops, demonstrations for adults and children, made by passionate producers and other professionals, French and Italian, who share a love for good products and authentic flavors. On this occasion, the Pan-Bagnat in all its forms – traditional and revisited – was invited to Italie à Table with Laurence Duperthuy accompanied by Niçois chefs David Faure and Franck Viano.
On Friday evening, the “Costazzura” party in the VIP area has honored the flavors of Puglia.

Networking and professional meetings

The Italian food industry represents a transaction volume of € 427 million, or 14% of total imports in the Provence Alps Côte d’Azur region. The Foire BtoB area offered a privileged place of exchange and meeting point for professionals or specialists, entrepreneurs and investors looking for new business opportunities and new partnerships.
The VIP area hosted business and institutional authorities to promote exchanges in an all transalpine conviviality.
