In Cannes, at TFWA – WE 2015, the Maison Fauchon presented its latest gourmet creation: the madeleine, whose warm fragrant scents have perfumed the aisles of the salon Tax Free. In tribute to the 30 Place de la Madeleine in Paris, historical cradle of the House, Fauchon gave a modern twist to these gourmet cakes, memories of beautiful snacks from the time we were kids, baked in Kiosques Fauchon.

Dressed with the three iconic colors of the House – magenta, black and white – the Kiosque Fauchon is immediately recognizable. Present in many airports around the world, this unique culinary entertainment attracts customers seeking excellent products. This attraction is made in the best conditions thanks to the ergonomics of the module, designed to be hosted and managed by one or two people.
A gourmet immersion into Fauchon’s universe
La Maison Fauchon has revisited this classic of French mini shell-shaped pastry. Its plump appearance, its soft and airy lightness, which exhale flavors on the palate, are a nice gourmande stopover, full of sweetness and conviviality.
It is already delighting the budding gourmets and revive childhood memories to the odest. Parents, children and grandparents can rediscover the taste of moving memories by sharing these sweets. A new Kiosque Fauchon in Nice
Since early October 2015, in the new kiosk in Terminal 1 of the airport Nice Côte d’Azur, a sweet gourmet hot smell of madeleines is hanging in the air. A real pleasure for travelers on long runs, the culinary entertainment increases the kiosk attraction. Travelers can now feast on emblematic small warm madeleines, cooked on site throughout the day. They can also discover the many delights created by the chefs Fauchon: fresh travel pastries, macaroons and the famous gourmet gifts, chocolates, biscuits or salty deli.

The Kiosques Fauchon offers a wide range of selected products: fresh produce, delicatessen, like the delicious crisp and creamy cookies with fruity flavors, packed in cases and boxes with original and contemporary decors. Other tasty treats to offer: jams, duck Foie Gras, whole or declined in inventive recipes, crackers and original spreadable products, fine mustards assortment, assorted chocolates in stylish boxes, confectionery (Neapolitan, praline bites), gourmet recipes (almonds and hazelnuts covered in chocolate…) and Grand Cru chocolate bars.
Drinks like the coffee and its subtle blend of prestigious “crus” – Arabica from Africa and Latin America, scented teas with fruit and flowers, gourmet teas, from major origins and limited series.
Fauchon, a French label
The creation of the Fauchon delicatessen brand dates back to 1886 when Auguste Fauchon opened his first store before setting up his restaurant tea room in Paris in 1898.
