European leader in adult entertainment Marc Dorcel showed at MIPTV 2014 that Eros is more than ever well and alive and anticipates the digital evolution.
Pioneering since its inception in 1979, Marc Dorcel, whose 3 TV channels boast more than 1.3 million subscribers in 30 countries, has continued to innovate and anticipate the digital evolution. The company launched in 2001 DORCELVISION, the first European VOD platform, or the first crowdfunding film co-produced by users in 2010. With more than 15 VOD platforms, some web and mobile sites, TV channels, magazines, a catalog of 3D movies, the company is at the forefront of the creation and distribution of content.
In addition to producing 36 films per year (800 films since its inception), the Company is distributing around 5,000 films and offers 20,000 programs from over 50 international studios, providing services to more than 80 VOD operators worldwide.
The multimedia group specialising in the production, distribution and broadcasting of adult content and products, was celebrating 35 years of luxure and digital evolution at MIPTV with a busy agenda.
First, Marc Dorcel’s CEO Gregory Dorcel has addressed deegates at MIPCube, digital branch of the MIPTV, by participating in the conference “The rules of engagement: strategies for an on-demand generation” on Monday, April 7. He was invited to give his insight on issues affecting program producers: how to create a not only attractive but sharable content. He gave his strategy keys on how to produce content worthy of viewer’s engagement through participation, sharing and promotion on various channels.

On Tuesday April 8, during a Press Photocall, Gregory Dorcel and Marc Dorcel introduced new Dorcel Girls on the Hotel Majestic Jetty. The occasion for photographers to discover the new Dorcel star and muse, Anna Polina. Born 21 years ago in Saint t Petersburg, beautiful and passionate Anna Polina embodies the Russian beauty.
Dorcel TV 5th anniversary
Created in 2006, Dorcel TV, Marc Dorcel’s TV channel, celebrated its 5th anniversary and has already appealed to 1 million subscribers. An app for Smart TV
At MIPTV, Marc Dorcel unveiled the first adult application for Smart TV. Especially dedicated to TV manufacturers offers viewers, via their TV screen, a simple and fast access to Marc Dorcel’s contents and services: films, news, 3D native videos with an intuitive navigation through the different thematics.
