As the Summer just ended and at the dawn of 2014, the fabric festival MarediModa, held on November 5, 6 and 7, 2013 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes unveils 2015 trends, giving us the desire to plunge into the turquoise waters of a distant paradise.

Dedicated to beachwear and underwear fashion, this year again, it brought together more than a hundred professional exhibitors, fabric or accessories manufacturers and has allowed European famous brands to unveil their collections for 2015.
Become unavoidable, MarediModa displayed the best specialists of high-quality fabrics for making lingerie or beachwear. Exhibitors at MarediModa are selected on specific criteria such as quality creativity and ethics. Each participant should have at least two years of activity in the swimsuit industry to participate.
The success of MarediModa is meeting the growing interest of clothing brands and designers for this sector, as any brand that now wants to launch her collection of lingerie or swimwear follow its natural tendencies.

The many stands exposed new materials for the manufacture of swimwear and lingerie with 2015 trendy colors as well as many accessories that will be used to enhance future creations. The future of the industry was unveiled at conferences where for three days specialists in fashion and design succeeded. A trendy space and an swimsuit observatory allowed visitors to better understand this growing industry.
“The Link” creativity contest rewarded students selected from 300 international fashion schools. The winning designs were displayed at the exhibition entrance in an area accessible to the public. During a lively evening, two prizes were awarded, one for the best beachwear creation and other rewards the most beautiful creations of lingerie, to highlight the work of students from various design schools and the public to discover new talent. The highlight of MarediModa was of course the famous lingerie and beachwear fashion show awaited by all. Pretty models presented different models created by design students in front of the lenses of photographers. They presented the creations of young international designer lingerie and beachwear, before an audience of experienced professionals and the press.
Marina Dorofeeva won in the category ” Beachwear ” and Nikola Petrovic in lingerie category. The two winners will have the opportunity to do an internship respectively by Parah and Le Bonitas.
