MIPDoc Showcased Non-scripted Content in All Forms

The MIPDoc, documentary and reportage market, settled in the Hotel Martinez in Cannes during the weekend of April 6 and 7, 2013.

The MIPDoc, antechamber of MIPTV, let participants take a step ahead on tomorrow news with producers and decision-makers from around the world who came to presented their baby to buyers who will also be makers of tomorrow key themes. It is also a unique platform for presentation to producers and distributors of documentary and reportage with 25,000 screenings viewed by 400 buyers from 50 countries and a program of conferences and meetings providing a unique opportunity to discover new production and new opportunities for co-production. This year, the co-production and co-financing was at the center of the program. They were highlighted in a series of workshops spanning over the two days. Jointly with MIPFormats, the MIPDoc was the place of presentation by excellence of non-scripted content in all its forms.
One of MIPDoc’s partner with CCTV and Russian Documentary Guild, Argentina offered a tango demonstration during the Opening party.
