After presenting the results of the past year that allowed SICASIL to display its strength for a growing quality service of water at a right price, David Lisnard shared during the greetings ceremony the orientations for this new year of the public service action with all his guests.

In 2014, the SICASIL will be mobilised by initiating a new cycle of increasingly virtuous management to sustainably conserve water resources. It will lead, as in previous years, a sustained program of work to ensure the sustainability of public service and will as well will initiate the necessary behavior changes to achieve its objectives through user awareness.
