The construction of kindergartens, child care, schools, social apartment buildings in Cannes La Bocca, the creation of community centers follow. He built the first purification station of the city and finally began work on many embellishments and modernization. All fields are concerned: from the roads to education not to mention sports and culture. He is one of the first in France who will establish a municipal police force to compensate inadequate staffing of the national police.
