Civilization Moya at La Malmaison
From June 26 to October 2, 2011 you can admire «Civilization Moya» at the Malmaison Art Centre, where the famous artist has painted «in situ» a 100x4 meters fresco populated by strange creatures from his imagination. These funny creatures as well sprung from the canvas to haunt the place. What a coincidence: Moya’s main character looks like him! On every wall of the Malmaison, Moya’s creatures compose colorful and joyful sceneries in which every detail tells something to a watchful viewer. And even if some ferocious beast appear sometimes, all the pictures radiate an acute sense of humor in the image of his sheep that pulls the tongue. Long life to Moya’s citizens !
