Gala of the Epicurean in Villefranche
The Epicurean Magazine holds its Gala Night
On 11 July, the Domaine du Mont Leuze in Villefrance on Sea received the Gala of L'Epicurien (the Epicurean), the Magazine of Lifestyle and Contemporary Man. In this magical place, balcony on the Cote d'Azur between sea and mountains, overlooking the bay of Villefranche and St Jean Cap Ferrat, stands a great Provencal farmhouse known as "The Castle". Before the "Castle" are staged 600 square meters of terraces that hosted the presentation of products stands from partners and sponsors of the evening. Eleven starred chefs from the region Côte d'Azur - Monaco were joined by eleven starred chefs from other regions to provide demonstrations and tastings. Eleven vineyards of Provence and eleven other appellations in France and eleven organic wine growers have had people enjoy their wines of terroir. Eleven houses of Champagne were also present. Alcohols and liqueurs bars, tableware, kitchen equipment and accessories were also represented. By the pool, a band animated the opening cocktail and the evening continued with a presentation of each of the chefs who worked for the success of the Gala.
