Hélia 44 by Foutaine-Pajot: elegance and performance

During the Festival's Nocturne on Friday, the Hélia 44, Fountaine Pajot's new flagship has been baptised by French cinema and theater actress Sophie Duez. The Hélia 44 is designed by naval architects Berret Racoupeau and the Fountaine-Pajot design office, to Fountaine Pajot Catamarans shipyard’s exacting standards for beauty, comfort and performance. Her majestic lines, sleek horizontal styling, and flush twin solar panels deliver top performances under sail with innovative living areas including her new lounge deck connected directly to the steering station. The Hélia 44, meaning ‘sunshine’ in Greek, is the ultimate light-filled and spacious catamaran built and is the epitome of live aboard luxury. The Hélia 44 delivers all the pleasures of sailing: a protected, high-visibility steering station connected directly to the cockpit, Helmsman’s bench, pride of place designed for three people to enjoy the sailing experience with the skipper, centralized maneuvers and easily accessible boom.

Integrated indooroutdoor living: the Hélia 44’s protected cockpit, designed for luxury dining and relaxation, is thoughtfully integrated with

the lounge deck on one level, opening onto the galley to create a comfortable 50 m2 entertaining space. Features include a generous table and bench seating for 8-10 people, a sumptuous lounge suite to enjoy the view, and fridge available as an optional extra. It is truly the ultimate in cruising comfort.
