Each was accompanied by a first dauphin, respectively Praslines Divetain, Cecilia Linderoth, Delphine Duhart, Victoria Serra, Alissia Waeles and Emilie Gontier. The six Miss from the department came to convince a jury of 12 people, including comedian Clément Michu. The evening began with the presentation of candidates by Sylvie Thellier and a first show in a short dress. After the colored parade, each one stood at the microphone, identified themselves, told their place of election, their professional desire; then it was the perilous parade in bathing suits, leaving discover perfect forms, an awaited and very much appreciated moment by the public. Finally, it was in princess dress, pure white to twirl on stage, talent and beauty were to go. In less than two hours, adorned with beautiful outfits, each one had to convince the jury and the public that she was the best successor to the coveted title of Miss Côte d'Azur and the be crowned the Marine Laugier crown. To have the public wait during the counting of votes, the performance of singer Alain Lorca (first role in the musical Aladdin), and Pierre Marchand, whose number of diabolo is unique in Europe, were much appreciated by a completely conquered audience. At last, the evening ended with the coronation of happy chosen Charlotte Murray, Miss Biot, a nice brunette, who from the top of her 23 years and 1.80 m, confessed herself being delighted but surprised.
