This parking lot located just behind the train station provides 420 spaces for cars and 48 for two-wheelers. The first parking hour is free. In addition, it has the advantage of hosting on its rooftop a 2,500 sqm beautiful garden declined on several levels, composed of tropical and Mediterranean plants such as palm-tree, citrus tree, olive trees, hence the name "parking - flowered garden", a success in the concrete embodiment of the "garden city policy" that has been conducted by the municipality since 2001. A green setting inserted near the district Mimont - Prado - Republique. It also meets a critical need in the city center for both residents and traders for its commercial attractiveness. In the immediate vicinity of the Cannes train station, it will take cars off adjacent streets. A welcome charter has been set up to provide personalized services such as the provision of trolleys for shopping, umbrellas, bicycles and the creation of a dry car wash. This is the first major project in France of the Portuguese society ABB that not only is the builder, but also the financier of the project. A € 12 million investment in exchange for the operating concession for thirty years. The General Consul of Portugal said: "I vow that this cooperation between our two countries grows even more." A hope heard by Bernard Brochand who briefly recalled that the city has plans for a large car park at the Bocca on the market square. He said: "You could enter this contest" !
