Font du Broc Thrill Rosé

A Thrill passes through Cannes

On July 28, Chateau Font du Broc from the Var has launched his new rosé wine during a private party at wine bar «Le BiVi», rue des Gabres in Cannes. The Thrill is a low-alcohol slightly sparkling and sugared rosé. It is a rosé wine whose fermentation is stopped by natural ways in order to keep sugar and carbon dioxide inside. Measuring 9.5 degrees, this is a wine targeted at young customers, to help them move from sodas to wines. Because of its low alcohol, sugar and sparkling side (carbon dioxide is contained in sodas), the Thrill is a product that "speaks" to young people. The development of this new wine took years, as the cellar master, Mr. Gérard Rouby wanted the fermentation stopping to be naturally caused by the cold and not by the addition of chemicals.

The vocation of this rosé included in the category "sweet wine" is to be enjoyed as an aperitif, around tapas, or with desserts containing a little acid (berries, for example). Tasted fresh, with his side sparkling, it will thrill young consumers who, if they like the strong emotions also like sweet wine.
