Since 1990, Pavillon Traiteur has realized catering for prestigious receptions on the French Riviera. Recognized for its creativity, its gourmet cuisine full of Mediterranean flavours, and a high level of service, Pavillon Traiteur are passionate about what they do and maintain the flexibility to match any occasion. A creative and dynamic team always looking for new ideas guarantee the originality of products, a 2,000 sqm central kitchen designed and built according to standards of hygiene and safety allows Pavilion Traiteur to a large production capacity. Their experience, the quality of products, and attention to detail ensures the customer a quality service. Pavilion Traiteur is exclusively located in the Southeast and referenced in the convention centers of Cannes, Nice and Monaco, but also in many prestigious sites of the Riviera. Pavillon Traiteur is part of the Pavillon Group that has recently acquired two places of exception: La Bastide de Tourtour and the Café Llorca in Monaco
La Bastide de Tourtour is overlooking Provence.
La Bastide de Tourtour is a four star hotel, located In the heart of the ”Haut-Var”, between Provence and the Côte d’Azur, in the heart of a 4-hectare parc. The site, being on the heights of Tourtour, allows guests to benefit from a 180 km panoramic view, bringing together 3 departments. The Bastide offers its guests an invitation to return back to nature, with the calm and tranquillity of an unspoiled countryside, even during the hottest hours of our Provencal summer. With its 25 double or twin bedded rooms, beautifully decorated, with breathtaking views, La Bastide de Tourtour is an ideal place to relax and discover the region and also a perfect setting for seminars and business cocktails.
La Bastide de Tourtour offers gastronomic and Provencal cuisine with a large selection of wines and “grands crus” to accompany your favourite dishes. The chef Herve Gely is passionately concerned about preserving a simple style of cooking, by using all the fresh local produce and choosing them with great care.
Café LLorca opens on sea in Monaco
After working with talent at the Hotel Negresco in Nice and the Moulin de Mougins (where he won two Michelin stars), famous chef Alain Llorca opened its concept Café Llorca at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco. Owner of his eponymous restaurant in La Colle sur Loup, Alain Llorca has indeed chosen the Principality to implement Café Llorca. In the heart of Larvotto district, just steps away from the beach and the Japanese garden, Café Llorca enjoys a privileged location facing the Mediterranean. Located on the first floor of the congress and cultural center, the Café Llorca offers a unique setting open on the sea. Designed by renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the Café Llorca is built around an indoor bar with two restaurant areas, a lounge corner and a VIP room. An outdoor bar allows to fully enjoy the splendid 220 sqm terrace.
