Superyachtfrance promotes France yachting industry
The French superyacht industry now has its own annual magazine. Launched during the Cannes’ Festival de la Plaisance, under the auspices of the French Nautical Industries’ Superyachtfrance group, this magazine aims at promoting the different fields of the French super yacht expertise, which has proven to be one of the most influential in this demanding industry. Mainly intended for business developers, brokers and owners, the magazine Superyachtfrance covers all topics affecting the French Superyachts industry : launches, innovation, awards, major events… It aims to highlight the expertise and advances in the sector as well as the men and women who make it a state-of-the-art industry. More than 8000 copies of the 100-page magazine have been printed. Written in French and in English, free copies will be distributed in all the best yacht clubs (in Switzerland, England etc), they will also be handed out to yacht captains on the Mediterranean, in Italy, France and Spain, as well as on the prestigious Cannes, Monaco and Fort Lauderdale boat shows. Brice Lechevalier, the editor of “Skippers, Voile & Océan”, is also the editor of Superyachtfrance magazine. The magazine was launched on the initiative of Olivier Racoupeau (Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design), Superyachtfrance coordinator, and Nicolas Claris (Claris Communication), a FIN administrator. It adds to the many collective actions already undertaken by Superyachtfrance’s particularly dynamic companies. Attending many boat shows under the banner of the FIN – Superyachtfrance, the French superyacht companies had already launched their website: www.superyachtfrance.com. A blog has been added to give monthly news updates. The Swiss watch brand Corum, renowned for its Admiral’s Cup line, gave its support to Superyachtfrance by sponsoring its official magazine’s launch party in Cannes, in the presence of world-famous skipper Michel Desjoyaux. As an extension of the partnership with Superyachtfrance, Skippers.tv is developing a new content dedicated to Superyachts.
