Relais & Châteaux Gala Soirée at La Bastide Saint Antoine


The ILTM Relais & Châteaux Gala Soirée took place at Jacques Chibois' La Bastide Saint Antoine in Grasse. As Grasse is the world capital of perfumes, the Relais & Châteaux Chefs had chosen to present on their stands gourmet dishes concocted after a perfume to treat over 300 key world tourism actors to delicious French gastronomy recipes:

J.C. Brugel - Monte Carlo Beach Hotel (Lemon of Menton / Tarragon / Vanila)

Y. Franques - Château St Martin & Spa (Coffee)

B. Guillot - Château de Montcaud (Vanila)

E. Lehrer - Mas de Pierre (Fruits rouges)

P. Jego - Cap d'Antibes Beach Hotel (Duck Foie Gras)

D. Tissot - Villa Florentine (Winter Fruits)

S. Gouloumès - Le Mas Candille (Kumbawa Lemon Grass)

J. Gleize - La Bonne Etape (Lavender)

Les Frères Pourcel - Le Jardin des Sens (Yuzu)

T. Frebout - Château de Rochegude (Truffle)

J. Chibois - Bastide St Antoine (Orange Blossom)

C. Renaud - La Coquillade (Safron)

Desserts and pastries had been realized by Chefs from APRECA (Pastry Chefs of the Côte d'Azur Restaurants Association). Also presenting their gourmet products: Ceneri (Cave matured cheeses), Aureto and Château de Berne (Wines), Grand Marnier (Cocktail Bar).

Grasse Tourism Office was presenting aromatic products and plants used in perfumery to initiate guests to the production of essential oils for perfumery. The Grasse company Fragonard, creator of fragrances, demonstrated its perfumes and scents. A representative of the Truffle Producers Syndicate has demonstrated how to find truffles with a truffle hound.

Other partners of the soirée: Nestlé Waters (Vittel, Eau de Perrier, Perrier, San Pellegrino), Champagne Bar Taittinger, Nespresso (Coffee).
