Social Media to Promote Events

Facebook, Foursquare, Twitter, Twitter ... How to use them in my event?

How to catch the public's attention: in event business you have to stand out and be creative. Social media allows all that, and at low cost. Brains and a bit of fantasy only are required to stand out; perhaps would you have to do original or unconventional things? If you aren't standing out, you are blending in! In event business, one must know his strengths and learn to play to them as much as possible: in this matter, the viral character of social media offered unlimited opportunities of letting the event be known.

You want to have customers feel special and unique? A little extra care can go a long way. By example, Renault grew a Facebook 100,000 fans base in a quick time by having fans posting their picture alongside their beloved Renault on the Renault Facebook fan page. So Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest of Viadeo offer multiples possibilities of wider communication with a selected audience. That means of letting your event be known involved no big money but great imagination and a few practice of the different social media. Well, now, let your event be social!
