Eric Dulac, former director of the five-star Hotel Le Juana, opens La Suite wine bar in Juan-les-Pins, amongst the pine trees of famous La Pinède.
In a design and trendy neighborhood, in the heart of Juan Les Pins, in the shadow of the pine trees of La Pinède – home of Jazz à Juan – facing the beautiful and futuristic architecture of the new Palais des Congrès, the wine bar La Suite offers an eclectic wine list in three colors accompanied with delicious “finger food”.
Welcoming and sharing
After managing prestigious hotels such as Le Juana in Juan-les-Pins, Le Bailli de Suffren at Rayol-Canadel, Le Fitz Roy in Val Thorens, Eric Dulac wanted to write “La Suite” of his professional story and extend his desire of welcoming and sharing by creating a wine bar with his fiancée, Geraldine Walter.
“Urban chic” atmosphere
The place reflects their reality, trendy and modern, offering an atmosphere in an “urban chic” spirit, unprecedented in Juan Les Pins. The refined, stylish decor combines natural tones, wood and black velvet. La Suite provides the opportunity of different vibes: the inside boasts two levels, two possible atmosphere and outside, the terrace, on two level too, invites to enjoy summer evenings in different environment.
Must-haves and exceptional discoveries
La Suite wine bar offers a wide selection of wines by the glass from 4,50 € – which can also be enjoyed by the bottle – and champagnes.
The carte offers a mixture of three colors with essential names like the wines of Château Rasque, Gewurztraminer in White, or Whispering Angel Rosé, and discoveries (Bordeaux Saïkouk, Clos du Château de Cadillac) or some more exceptional vintages like a Côte Rôtie 2011, a Chateau Lynch-Bages 2006 or a Chateau Cheval Blanc Saint Emilion, that Eric and Geraldine wish to share with their customers.
The wines are listed with Chateaux or domaines names but also with grape varieties such as Viognier – the “Chardonnay of Provence” or Pinaut Noir.
Delicious high-quality “finger food”
The wine tasting is accompanied by delicious “finger food” such as meats, cheeses, salmon or high quality foie gras, or a tomato salad flavored with fresh basil, proposed as “plates to share” and designed in collaboration with a starred chef who also helps pairing wine and food.
Happy Hour Food
La Suite wine bar is open Monday to Saturday from 18h to 00h30, with musical ambience and a “Happy Hour Food” from 18h to 20h. Within a few weeks, La Suite will open for lunch, for a convivial gourmet break in the pine trees shade. We can already enjoy superb desserts like Pana Cotta with Pineapple and Basil. The Epicureans will enjoys a regularly changing menu.
