18th Kermesse aux Poissons in Theoule

The Kermesse aux Poissons in Theoule, will place the month of February 2015 under the sign of Pisces to the delight of many gastronomes.

The treasures of flavors, and health benefits provided by the sea will wash over Theoule and its restaurants during the month of February, to the delight of gourmets. Freshly caught fish and shellfish celebrate the local gastronomy in Theoule.

A health cure

The fish, with its tender flesh and iodine seafood are on the menus of the Kermesse aux Poissons, taking the most succulent forms. The seafood, sources of delicious protein and many trace elements, are unanimously praised by the nutritionists: their nutrients are essential to health.

Outstanding fish-tank

All days of February, the city of Theoule will turn into a fish-tank offering over 50 varieties of fish and shellfish: from the Saint Jacques to the Mediterranean sea bass, to the gambas, sea bream, prawns, red mullet, sole, swordfish, bonito, octopus, Saint Pierre, redfish, and many others.

Unique in France

The restaurateurs federate to provide the best marine gastronomy, in a Kermesse aux Poissons unique in France.
Eight chefs will daily prepare an “all fish” menu full of tasty blends in 8 dishes. The menu will offer several hot and cold appetizers, several dishes, cheese and dessert, at a particularly attractive price – wine and coffee included – between 45 and 65 €, depending on the category of the establishment, to suit all pockets and tastes.
