The lingerie brand Aubade’s new fragrance Anecdote was introduced at TFWA WE 2014 by Philippe Benady, President of Empire Of Scents and Delphine Jelk, fragrance designer.
For 22 years, the lingerie brand has made many men fantasize with its lessons in seduction – 145 in total – featuring black and white photos of gorgeous curvy women’s bodies in Aubade lingerie telling ladies evocative tips to seduce”him”. At TFWA 2013, Aubade presented his first fragrance, Aubade le Parfum, a powdery floral musk. The brand is now expanding its scented offer with Anecdote.
Anecdote for Aubade
Philippe Benady, president of Empire Of Scents, manages the license of the perfume brand Aubade, but also the perfumes fro Balmain, Jean-Louis Sherrer and Montana.
Empire Of Scents and the house Aubade joined forces with the famous perfume designer Delphine Jelk to create Anecdote, a seductive and sensual fragrance to the image of the brand’s universe.
Delphine Jelk is the creator of Petite Robe Noire by Guerlain and Amande Persane by Roger & Gallet. According to her, Anecdote is a fragrance like the darkness falling when the night comes, in candor but full of sensuous images.
A sensual lace
Anecdote is an olfactory offer matching perfectly Aubade’s values. The perfume is a lace, sensual and light at the same time, fresh, mixed with notes of bergamot, coumarin, jasmine, magnolia and rose with touches of vanilla and musk.
Shapely bottle
The bottle of Le Parfum, signed by the designer Stephane Ganneau, was inspired by the curve of a breast, the roundness of a hip, the small of the back and a narrow waistline. The first bottle was black and, if it replicates this year the same curves, it is now adorned with a white iridescent pearl evoking the satin, a sensual material in which some underwear of the brand is cut.
The cap, with the shape of an upside-down high heel evokes the charm accessory which makes the gentemen dream.
The perfume Anecdote has been available since October on the shelves of shops and corners of the brand.
