Artistes du Monde, the prestigious contemporary art exhibition supported by Marina Picasso, will be held at the Gare Maritime in the Old Port of Cannes.
The fourth edition of the international event is back from September 26 to 29, 2014, at the Maritime Terminal of the Old Port of Cannes, will present works by 100 artists from around the world.

After editions in 2011, 2012 and 2013, that have been highly successful, Artistes du Monde, supported by Marina Picasso, is back this year stronger than ever.
The event is supported by the Mayor of Cannes David Lisnard, who now intends to sustain this beautiful manifestation of Contemporary Art, very popular with artists and visitors, by announcing it through billboards scattered throughout the city.
Over 100 artists in the spotlight
The exhibition Artistes du Monde will host more than 100 artists from twenty countries, including painters, sculptors, potters, photographers. All will showcase their work within the vast Gare Maritime de Cannes, and each in their specialty will offer visitors a different and varied vision of their culture.
Prestigious prizes
The exhibition will open on September 24 and admission is free. A prize giving ceremony will be held Saturday, September 29 during which a professional and independent jury will award numerous trophies including those of Artistes du Monde, the Palme d’Or of the City of Cannes, Marina Picasso Prize, the Public one and many others.
Artistes du Monde Association
The Artistes du Monde Association aims to promote painters and sculptors from all types of backgrounds, confirming established or emerging talents by offering a Cannoise exceptional showcase and an openness to the world rich with creativity.
The Founder and President of Artistes du Monde Guy Weil invites: “Buy paintings from living painters. After you won’t be able to affford them and they will no longer need you.”
It is true that with more than 8,000 visitors last year, the organizers of the exhibition Artistes du Monde hold more than ever on their promises of success.
