Ambitious French projects

To honor the presence at MIPIM 2015 of Camille Cerf, Miss France 2015, on the Calais Promotion stand and to celebrate the nice French victories at MIPIM Awards – the Euroméditerrannée seafront boulevard and the Cité musicale of Ile Seguin – we dedicated most of our reports to exciting French projects such as Dijon’s International City of Gastronomy.

Focus on quality of life

Quality of life and sustainable development are among the priority criteria of local authorities but also of developers and managers specialized in commercial real estate, more and more keen to offer optimal working environment for the occupants of office buildings. In addition, shopping centers focus on providing customers with an “extra human something” to attract new customers in malls.
We thus invite you to discover the innovative hanging gardens on Grenoble’s roofs and Nice Meridia in the Eco-Valley.
