The Salon des Antiquaires de Valbonne Sophia Antipolis brings together from August 29 to September 6, 2015, all the amateurs, enthusiasts and prestigious antique collectors.
The 31st edition of the Salon des Antiquaires de Valbonne Sophia Antipolis (Valbonne Antiquarian Fair), organized by the Association ACAAFVA, which also manages the prestigious Salon des Antiquaires in Antibes, is one of the major events in the south of France in the field of antiques and but also of modern art.
A fair in the countryside
Its location, just minutes from the sea, on the Pré des Arts, between nature and village, gives it an unparalleled ambience, emblematic of an art and a “douceur de vivre” on the country side. For this new edition, forty exhibitors have displayed their marvels in the Rotunda and the two tents, including the Richard Duflot Gallery (Art Deco specialist), the antique dealers Hermanovitz, Haussman, Regart, Olivier Antiquités (a references in the antique furniture sector), Pascal Joarkin gallery (designer furniture), the Galerie des Lions and Expo Art Gallery (modern and contemporary art), the Tirant Gallery (signed bronzes), the carpets from the house Schanewald, the Orient Extrême Gallery (Asian Arts), the Thierry Margo bookstore, antique jewelry at Bernard Bouisset and Adalgyse … An outdoor dining area, located in the heart of the fair, has been redesigned for musical evenings.
