The famous 4-star Boscolo B4 Nice Plaza hotel launches the Garden Brunch Party, a unique panoramic brunch on its 6th floor rooftop terrace.

A beautiful gastronomic event to spend a relaxing, sunny and convivial Sunday, surrounded by friends or family, at the end of the winter season. The Terrasse du Plaza, panoramic restaurant lounge, is located on the roof of the luxury 4-star Boscolo B4 Nice Plaza hotel.
This luxury hotel is nestled between the Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglais in the heart of Nice golden square. The Terrasse du Plaza overlooks the green setting of the Albert 1er Gardens, the Coulée Verte and Nice Old Town and offers a 360° panoramic view against the background of the Mediteranean horizon.
This season, the Terrasse du Plazza gets a makeover with a new deco: enlargement of the Lounge space, creation of VIP areas to better enjoy the view over the sea and the greenery, as well as a landscape embellishment that will turn the Terrasse into a suspended garden.

All-you-can-eat brunch buffet

For a moment of exceptional relaxation between sky and sea, for lunch in the sun, the Terrasse Plaza and Chef Olivier Boeuf offers every Sunday the Garden Brunch Party. For 45 euros, the panoramic brunch includes a welcome cocktail, and multiple buffets. All-you-can-eat brunch buffet, breakfast buffet, cold entrées buffet, hot dishes buffet, buffet of delicacies and sweets, hot drinks, orange juice and apple juice, mineral water. Between 11 H and 15 H, the chef offers cooking show entertainment for customers to learn how to concoct his delights.
The new menu of Terrasse du Plaza regularly varies with the seasons. It offers fresh and authentic cuisine at midway between Italy and Provence. Chef Olivier Boeuf hs the art of sublimating the best Mediterranean products with chic snaking, combining quick cooking and creative mixes, pieces of fish or crustacean to snak, half-cooked tuna or Saint Jacques.
To accompany your meal you can thrill your taste buds with the new Miraval Rosé Côte de Provence, Château de Beaucastel or the nice sommelier’s suggestion: the Escudo Rojo Chilean 2012 Chardonnay, Baron Philippe de Rothschild and for the more adventurous, the ice cider Bulle de Neige, a nice refreshing discovery.
For snacks at any time of the day, a farniente break, have a drink or enjoy the new Mojitos cocktails, all accompanied by delicious tapas, the cozy panoramic Lounge space is expecting you.

Live DJ evening

The Terrasse Plaza is today a must for Live DJ evening and inflamed dancefloor in Nice. For this purpose, it takes its summer clothes to become a trendy space. The season will also be marked by a musical program with Apéros Lounge rhythmed by the best DJ in the region. On the other hand, afterwork evenings danceparty will offer a breathtaking program.

The Terrasse Plaza is open all year round and is not afraid of bad weather thanks to its retractable roof that will allow you to enjoy your meal quietely. The Terrasse du Plaza restaurant offers 120 seats and can accommodate up to 250 people for cocktails. The panoramic restaurant is open all year.

Chef Olivier Boeuf has been working in the kitchen of restaurant Terrasse du Plaza since 2012. Graduated from the Hotel School of Nice, he belonged to the brigades of the biggest names in cuisine such as Alain Ducasse, Bruno Oger, Joël Garaud.

Since 5 years, seagull Simone, the Terrasse du Plaza mascot, comes to salute the guests and, attracting all attention, is treated to a special brunch by everyone!
