Workplace Meetings is the first fair dedicated to work environment, management of workspace and services to companies launched at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes on November 20 to 21, 2013.

In an unfavourable economic climate in France and Europe, labor flexibility is today one of the often cited solutions and represent a major issue for employees and employers in different industry sectors. Faced with difficult choices to be made about how to better manage employees’ skills to best exploit their creative potential, decision makers rely on new ways of working in a company: ingenious arrangements of workspaces and use of new collaboration tools in order to increase trust between the company and its employees, reduce moral constraints and meets the expectations of all.
To address these key issues, the objective of Workplace Meetings, like all Tarsus shows, was to promote the “person-to-person” meetings between Top Decision-Makers and exhibitors through pre-organized and high quality appointments in a relaxed and warm atmosphere to create a privileged trade crossroads and immediate business opportunities.
200 Top Decision-Makers were invited and offered transportation, accommodation and food to successfully exchange with forty professional exhibitors in the field of environment. 1000 visitors have browsed the aisles of Workplace Meetings or participated in 200 pre-arranged lunches in advance of the event.
A program of plenary lectures by experts allowed participants to collect valuable insights, tips and advices on how to see more clearly in a constantly changing field. The conferences explored the following topics:

Workplace Meetings took place at the Palais des Festivals Riviera hall at the same time that another fair created by Tarsus France : Marketing Meetings.
