An old Mediterranean-style mansion
Nestled on a hill in the Nice hinterland, the Hotel Cantemerle is located halfway between the sea (15 minutes from the beaches) and the mountain (20 minutes from the Col de Vence) and 15 minutes away from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport. The mansion is an old Mediterranean-style house, nestled in the heart of a one-hectare private park with lush vegetation and century-old pine trees. The hotel, which has the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence, opens its doors from April to October and has 26 rooms: 17 duplex, 8 superior rooms and 1 suite.

The formula invites guests to dive into a world of delectable chocolate well-being. The formula for 2 people includes of one night, a buffet breakfast, a 30-minute gourmet chocolate care, a chocolate surprise in your room and unlimited access to the Wellbeing area. The spa features a turquoise mosaic steam room, a fitness area, a treatments and massages area, hydro-massage jets and a heated indoor pool.
For seniors, a vitaminized welcome with a fresh fruit cocktail, a breakfast offered and 20% discount on treatments when booking for a night.

For the families who want to explore the region, the Hotel Cantemerle and Spa offers two multi-activity pass Côte d’Azur Card for all reservations during the Easter holidays. Program: visit of the Alpha wolf park, of the Maeght Foundation, the Picasso Museum, or a boat trip around the Lerins islands…
Jérôme Hérau’s La Table du Cantemerle
Arrived in 2008, the chef of the Hotel Cantemerle, Jerome Hérau has the enchanting gift to offer a seasonal creative cuisine with fresh products from local producers. On site, he cultivates his garden composed of organic herbs. Jerome Hérau also likes to combine the flavors from the rich terroir of Provence with tastes from elsewhere. The menu features meat with controlled origin and he only cooks savages fish and shellfish. At lunchtime, the chef prepares dishes of freshness including – among other – “a la plancha” grilled dishes, of gazpacho, woks of crunchy vegetables or salads, as well as a choice of low calorie dishes. In the evening, he offers a gourmet cuisine that revives the taste buds to harmonize with a nice wine list. A mixture of fine wines and producers’ coups de coeur, chosen to subtly match his delicious cuisine like a maestro at his score.
